The Yellowstone Historic Home (-- great for smaller families.) was used at the turn of the century as a railroad wayside home and is one of the last remaining of the old (now gone) town of Electric.
The home comes complete with high quality, western furniture, a full kitchen with upscale appliances, beautiful cookware, tableware and kitchen utensils. There are new TV’s, DVD players, washer/dryers, fine linens and towels, laundry powder, hand and body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Just bring your clothes and food!

May 1st – Sept 30th: $300/night or $2,000/week
Oct. 1 – April 30th: $250/night or $1,650/week
- Rate is for 7 people; $25/night extra for more than 7 guests, 0-2 yrs free
- 7% Montana Accommodations Tax
- $300 Security/Cleaning Deposit:
- (includes the non-refundable $150- $225 cleaning fee. If nothing is damaged the remaining amount will be refunded.)

Come and relax in a unique country setting! Two beautifully appointed vacation homes that can be used for family getaways or spiritual retreats for groups or individuals are now available just 3 miles from the famous north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Each home has expansive views of magnificent Electric Peak, surrounding mountain ranges and rolling pastures. Each is newly and fully renovated, comfortably furnished with a western flair. These wonderful homes are available year round for all the varied activities the area has to offer.
**Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a penalty of $50.00 All cancellations within 60 -30 days are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations that are made within 30 days or less of the arrival date, forfeit the 1st payment which is ½ of the stay. If you fail to make the final payment in time, your reservation will be considered cancelled and the 1st payment forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refund.
