Outdoor activities in the area include fishing in the nearby Yellowstone river, Hiking right out the door, horse back rides, rafting and playing in Yellowstone Park in the summer. There is great cross country skiing in Yellowstone and the surrounding area in the winter. (And diehard fishermen and women do fish in the winter, too!)

The large kitchen has all the needed modern amenities. A nicely stocked cupboard with dishes (service for 12), pots & pans, lots of spices, a microwave, gas range, and plenty of work space and a dishwasher to help with clean up.
(A friendly reminder to Dad that Mom should have some time off, so jump in the wagon and head to Chico Hot Springs (25 miles) so the kids can swim in the full sized natural hot springs pool and then eat at the poolside grill or eat at the very nice dining room!)
Put your feet up & stay a while.
