$25/night extra for more that 6 guests, (except for 0-2 yrs)

—60 Day cancellation policy**
**Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a penalty of $50.00 All cancellations within 60 -30 days are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations that are made within 30 days or less of the arrival date, forfeit the 1st payment which is ½ of the stay. If you fail to make the final payment in time, your reservation will be considered cancelled and the 1st payment forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refund.
